+Rigid & corrugated packaging: Use internal dimensions to ensure the product fits perfectly inside and provides enough protection.
Folding cartons & lighter packaging: While external dimensions are often used, it's recommended to follow industry standards and use internal dimensions to avoid any size mismatch issues.
